Electrical Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of electrical engineering projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings.

• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and regulations.

• Oversee the procurement of electrical equipment and materials.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical engineering teams and subcontractors.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.

• Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project.

• Prepare progress reports and present project updates to clients and senior management.

Preferred Candidate

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and materials.

• Proficient in using design and project management software.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of work.

• Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations in Kuwait is preferred.
