Job Description

Euro Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Project Engineer with expertise in aluminum glazing, facade, interior solutions, and exterior blinds to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing projects, and providing technical support to clients across various sectors.

Key responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aluminum glazing, facade, interiors, and exterior blinds segments.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.

  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to understand project requirements and address technical challenges.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of aluminum glazing systems, facade solutions, interior products, and exterior blinds.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices related to architectural and building materials.

  • Offer technical advice, recommendations, and solutions to clients based on project specifications and requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Nurture existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to address their needs and concerns.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct post-project reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, or engineering roles within the construction industry, with a focus on aluminum glazing, facade, interiors, and exterior blinds.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful projects.

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of building materials, construction methods, and industry regulations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; and Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within KSA as required.
