Facade designers

We're seeking 4 talented and motivated Facade Designers to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and play a key role in shaping the exteriors of our upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Design: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning and functional facade designs.

• Digital Design Master: Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop detailed facade concepts, including elevations, sections, and comprehensive material specifications.

• 3D Visualization Expert: Generate high-quality 3D models and renderings to bring your design ideas to life and effectively communicate your intent to clients and stakeholders.

• Feasibility & Performance Champion: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and performance assessments to ensure proposed designs meet project requirements, comply with building codes, and adhere to industry standards.

• Sustainable Solutions: Research and incorporate innovative materials, technologies, and sustainable practices into your designs to optimize both performance and aesthetics.

• Cost-Effectiveness Advocate: Collaborate with the estimating team to develop cost-effective facade solutions that meet budgetary constraints without sacrificing design quality.

• Client Communication Pro: Present your designs to clients through clear visual presentations, detailed renderings, and technical documentation, addressing their feedback and incorporating necessary revisions.

• Sourcing Specialist: Partner with the procurement team to source materials and components that perfectly match your design specifications and project needs.

• On-Site Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams during facade implementation, addressing any design-related challenges that may arise.

• Lifelong Learner: Stay current on emerging trends, advancements, and best practices in facade design and construction, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience as a Facade Designer or Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative facade projects.

• Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs, with the ability to create detailed drawings and 3D models.

• Excellent design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, proportion, and materiality, combined with a deep understanding of facade systems and construction methods.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, sharing ideas and insights with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade design and construction in the UAE (a plus).

• A creative and adaptable mind with a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional facade design and exploring new possibilities.
