Job Description

Responsible for Finance & Administration functions related to the requirement of the Projects. -Must have proven experience in managing functions of HR, personnel & resources management logistics, finances in large sized projects to complete a variety of clerical, administrative and accounting duties

Specific Accountabilities:

- maintain a safe work environment

- duties include all essential accounting functions including Partnership (JV), accounting, establishment of administrative controls, procedures in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures- Completion of Original Books of Account, supporting schedules, posting, vouchers, reconciliations, cost distributions, etc

- Monthly Accruals, WIP, Amortization, Assets, Prepayments, Depreciation, etc- Payroll, Payroll Accruals, Burden Analysis

- Completion of Monthly Financial Statements, Trial Balance, Balance Sheets, P & L, Bank Statements

- Cash Flow Statements, Treasury Reports, Bank Guarantees, Financial Facilities Updates,

- Knowledge and Application of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

- Responsible for the timely completion of all required financial and accounting reconciliations

- Responsible for the timely completion and accuracy of Accounts Payables

- Responsible for the timely completion and accuracy of Client Billings

- Responsible for the timely completion and accuracy of Local Payrolls

- Responsible for the timely completion and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, annual reconciliations

- Participate in performance appraisals and competency development of the accounting and finance group

- Participate in all external and internal audits for the financial and accounting area

- Responsible for all financial and account record keeping.

Mandatory Requirements:

· University degree· Minimum 8 years post graduation total experience· Minimum 5 years post graduation experience in a similar role· Minimum 3 years hands on experience in software for the automation of the respective speciality.· proven experience in managing functions of HR, personnel & resources management logistics, finances in large sized projects.·

Must have experience in project banking, partnership (JV) accounting, financial preparations, cash flow, WIP, client billing, accounts payable and local payrolls·

Good English oral and writing skills are essential with analytical skills and attention to detail as well as good interpersonal skills·

Must be able to work effectively in a demanding, multicultural environment·

Must be computer literate, previous experience in Focus, AccPac, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, etc a major plus.

Must have medium to advanced skill level in the Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access.
