Agricultural Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of revegetation projects, ensuring successful implementation.

• Leverage your experience in seed production processes, nursery and greenhouse operations, seedling production, and watering systems to optimize plant growth.

• Manage and plan revegetation activities, meticulously designing and executing them according to technical requirements.

• Apply your in-depth knowledge of natural vegetation and revegetation development to achieve successful restoration in arid environments.

• Monitor and manage all project components related to revegetation, ensuring adherence to plans and addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Demonstrate expertise in various irrigation systems and water management techniques to optimize resource utilization.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Postgraduate degree in Agriculture.

• A minimum of 8 years of total experience following graduation.

• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience in a similar revegetation project management role.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with software for the automation of revegetation processes.
