Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for the QA/QC department, as follows:

  • Extract from JDE, Acorde, Intranet, and local drive the Material Test Certificates (MTC).

  • Collate extracted files, compile, scan and upload to the SharePoint the product document package.

  • Maintenance and archiving of records, both hard copies and electronic copies, including hard copies of

  • document transmittals.

  • Assist the QA Administrator in recording, updating and maintaining all QA/QC-related documents and packages

  • Signs doc package in the absence of the immediate supervisor.

  • Any other delegated responsibilities (i.e. sort/compile/scan/archive Work Orders) as instructed in a safe and

  • efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and the designee is capable and deemed competent to fulfill these.

  • Understand and comply with the QHSE and company policies of Weatherford.

Skills

  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, internet)

  • Good oral and written skills in English language.

  • Able to work on own initiative and a team player

  • Understanding of QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and API Q1 (Preferable)

  • Ability to read engineering drawings, an advantage
