Assistant Sales Manager - Horeca channel

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets within the Horeca channel

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the Horeca channel

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horeca channel

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports for management

• Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Preferred Candidate:

* 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Horeca industry

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Highly motivated and target-driven

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in using sales CRM software

• Fluent in English and Arabic
