Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst, you'll be a data detective, uncovering valuable insights hidden within our data sets. You'll collaborate with various teams to understand their needs, develop data models, and create compelling reports and dashboards. Your expertise will be instrumental in turning complex data into clear and actionable information.

What You'll Do:

• Data Mastery:

  • Utilize Tableau to design and maintain advanced reporting tools, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from diverse sources, including structured and unstructured formats.

  • Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure data organization and accessibility.

  • Conduct data quality checks to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.

• Insights Generation:

  • Partner with different departments (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, etc.) to understand their data needs.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and relationships within data to provide actionable recommendations.

  • Craft compelling reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key findings and business insights.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies and best practices.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques (a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and work independently when needed.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
