Key responsibilities:

• Sales Performance Analysis: Report on sales performance by analyzing quotations, orders, selling and material price information, actual vs. targets, conversion rates, and trends in the industry by location, industry, and product line.

• Predictive Analysis: Predict future activity based on findings from sales performance analysis.

• Client Interaction: Visit clients and sites as required to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.

• Quotations and Proposals: Provide quotations and proposals to customers, follow up on quotations for order approval, and respond to customer inquiries and specifications.

• Proposal Development: Develop and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

• Order Management: Secure and renew orders, arrange delivery, and follow up on receivables.

• Coordination: Coordinate with stores for listed deliveries/fabrications and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Customer Support: Provide technical and non-technical support service to clients and other staff members regarding products.

• Documentation and Reporting: Document account activities, generate reports, and maintain records of business transactions with customers and suppliers. Maintain sales forecasting reports.

Skills

a) Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

b) Proactive in dealings with departmental members and customers.

c) Methodical and cost-conscious approach.

d) Ability to analyze product costing and selling prices for better pricing methods.
