General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, direction ,and setting clear goals and objectives.

• Build the company’s vision and strategy, set monthly/quarterly team objectives

• Set and enforce policies and procedures

• Ensure adherence to all company standards and regulations

• Identify new opportunities for growth (new customer segments, new markets, new verticals) and set action plans to go after such opportunities

• Identify opportunities to improve the quality and reliability of company operations

• Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales growth, profitability, and cost control.

• Lead cross-functional team alignment to make internal and external operations more efficient and scalable

• Foster a positive and productive work environment

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reporting, adhering to company standards and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

• Lead problem-solving initiatives and implement innovative solutions

Qualification

• +10 years of Experience in Management

• Ability to manage both strategically and operational

• Experience with implementing Performance Management

• Strong commercial and business acumen with a solid understanding of key business functions such as finance and marketing

• Demonstrated leadership skills, both in building teams and being a strong stakeholder management

• Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent English and Arabic language skills.
