The Opportunity:

In this exciting leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, building a high-performing team, and exceeding our ambitious commercial goals. You'll identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and coach and mentor your team to achieve success.

What You'll Do:

  • Sales & Revenue Champion:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

    • Identify and qualify new leads, transforming them into loyal clients.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, fostering trust and understanding their needs.

  • Leadership & Mentorship Maestro:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement effective sales strategies to drive team success.

    • Motivate and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

  • Strategic & Analytical Acumen:

    • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activity, identifying new business development opportunities.

    • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and pipeline health.

    • Develop and implement effective sales processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.

  • Client Success Advocate:

    • Ensure exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with existing clients, exceeding their expectations.

    • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing them with the right solutions to help them achieve their goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the Media & Entertainment, IT Services, or Software/SaaS industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent.

  • Adaptable and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic and a data-driven approach.
