The Role

In this leadership role, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building a thriving sales team. Here's what you'll do:

  • Lead by Example: Set ambitious sales targets and motivate your team to achieve them.

  • Team Coaching & Development: Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to help your team members excel.

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Performance Management: Conduct regular sales reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement performance management strategies.

  • Market Analysis & Competitor Tracking: Stay up-to-date on market trends and provide ongoing competitor analysis.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify new sales leads.

  • Building the Sales Pipeline: Create a robust sales pipeline by actively generating leads and nurturing them through the sales process.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 1-5 sales professionals.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally within Media & Entertainment, IT Services, or Software/SaaS industries.

  • Track Record of Success: A demonstrably strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Goal-Oriented & Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
