Job Description

Responsibilities
- Report monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenues and expenses against the plan to the Director of Wholesale.
- Prepare yearly KPIs for all the Account Managers/Agents.
- Review and submit RFPs/RFQ/RFI for all the business domains with Account Managers.
- Review and report sourcing portals for business solicitations for Carrier Enterprise Business.
Core
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads and maintain the annual sales plans and wholesale opportunity pipeline.
- Guide the team in identifying new market opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for key wholesale accounts, collaborating closely with the team.
- Achieve revenue targets while adhering to set net-profit standards.
- Prepare and submit bids for Global Operators/MNOs.
- Develop Quarterly & Yearly Based Business Plans and Pipelines, adhering to set timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to pursue business opportunities.
- Present costing and revenue summaries to the Director of Wholesales as needed.
- Maintain and update company registrations on global sourcing portals of MNOs.
- Prepare business presentations for management/customers regarding wholesale products and services.
- Review bids with necessary legal and commercial details alongside the Director of Wholesales.

Responsibilities
- Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback
and coaching to team members.
- Oversees and facilitates the attainment of objectives and key performance indicators for team members,
ensuring the successful execution of the performance management framework within the Wholesale Products
& Sales Unit to foster a high-performance team.
- Cultivates a culture of strong employee engagement and continuous capability enhancement by delivering
consistent feedback and coaching to team members within the Wholesale Products & Sales Unit.
- Guarantees the realization of set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets aligned with the established
plans and objectives.
