Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to develop, customize, maintain, and support ERP-EBS Suite Oracle applications and Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud (IFRS) in alignment with business requirements.

Section III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Application Development:

    • Develop forms and reports for the entire application register within the EBS Suite Oracle applications.

    • Create SQL/PLSQL packages, procedures, functions, etc.

  2. Integration and Interfacing:

    • Integrate customized applications and other applications with Oracle standard application modules.

  3. Database Structure Design:

    • Design database structures, including tables, views, sequences, synonyms, and database triggers.

  4. Support:

    • Provide support and troubleshoot existing developed applications.

    • Engage in new development within OAF, forms, reports, interfaces, etc.

  5. Requirement Gathering:

    • Gather functional specifications from functional leads to develop business needs.

  6. Support on Service Desk:

    • Ensure service desk tickets are resolved within SLA.

    • Maintain customer satisfaction according to KPI.

  7. Project Assignments:

    • Complete assignments within agreed deadlines.

    • Ensure all work is thoroughly documented.

  8. Business Methodology Documents:

    • Maintain methodology documents (MD 50, 60, 80, 120, etc.).

  9. System Health Check:

    • Conduct periodic system health checks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and supporting ERP-EBS Suite Oracle applications and Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud.

  • Strong experience in SQL/PLSQL, application development, integration, and interfacing.

  • Proficient in database structure design, including tables, views, sequences, synonyms, and triggers.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and support skills in OAF, forms, reports, and interfaces.

  • Proven ability to gather requirements and develop functional specifications.

  • Experience in maintaining business methodology documents.

  • Ability to conduct regular system health checks.

  • Strong project management skills to ensure assignments are completed on time and are well-documented.

  • Proficient in resolving service desk tickets within SLA and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud (IFRS).

  • Familiarity with MD 50, 60, 80, and 120 documents.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
