Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Employee Experience Execution:
-Assist in the development and implementation of employee experience and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
-Coordinate and execute EEI & engagement programs that promote a positive work environment and enhance employee experience.
- Assist in developing EEI initiatives according to the results, and then assess their effectiveness to provide recommendations for improvements.
Culture & Engagement:
-Contribute to the development of reward and recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation.
-Execute initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, wellbeing within the workplace.
-Organize and manage events, workshops, and activities that promote team-building, socialization and a sense of community.
Internal Communication:
-Manage internal communication channels to ensure consistent and transparent messaging across the organization.
-Collaborate with branding team to create engaging content that resonates with employees.
-Develop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged.
-Facilitate feedback mechanisms to address employee concerns and suggestions promptly.
Engagement Business Support:
-Act as a liaison between employees and management to communicate expectations and address issues.
-Work closely with department teams to integrate engagement practices into daily operations.
-Assist in mentoring and guiding team members to develop their skills and enhance their contributions to the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
-Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement and experience.
-Provide support in implementing innovative solutions to improve the employee experience.
-Assist in conducting surveys and focus groups to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Professional Certifications:
Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using engagement tools and platforms.
Language Skills:
Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
Years of Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevent Experience.
Nature of Experience:
Previous Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a similar role.
