Your Opportunity
We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia and we are looking to hire a Workforce Management Admin who will primarily maintain the rostering and Time & attendance administration using the Time2Work workforce management tool, Matrix and Excel.
The purpose of this role is to Ensure compliance of all staff rosters and adhere to the Fatigue Management Procedure, UK HSE Fatigue Index, HSG256 Good Practice Guidelines for the Management of Shift Work and KSA Labor Laws.
In addition, comply with contractual staffing levels.
The hiring for this position is still subject to contract award.
Key Accountabilities (Key elements of the job)
Compiling and publishing rosters using the Time2Work Rostering Tool and Excel in accordance with company policies and standards and forecasted demand monthly;
Tracking of staff movements on a day to day operation;
Creating and maintaining an overall staff annual leave plan;
Planning and scheduling of all required training in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders;
Deal with staff roster issues and make necessary adjustments to provide efficient and effective duty arrangements;
Monitor and review the effectiveness of the roster arrangements, make necessary adjustments and escalate to Head of WFM for any issues that require further management review.
Specific Requirements (What we are looking for in our candidates)
High School Diploma, General Education Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Excellent organizational skills
Highly developed communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Well developed problem solving skills relevant to dealing with shift or roster allocation scenarios
Demonstrated commitment to continuous change and improvement
Numerical and planning skills relevant to roster coordination and management
Sound negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
Must be a Saudi National
