Job Description
The role holder is responsible for planning, optimizing and Developing digital media campaigns, Coordinating with creative, media, digital and production agencies and Building the digital media buying strategy. The role holder is also responsible for Ensuring the readiness and integration of all AdTech across STC, Building the always-on digital media strategy and Reporting and dashboards of digital media ROIs and Investment. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures
Core Responsibilities
Participates in the development and implementation of the Marketing Communication plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
Directs and manages the Digital Media Investment Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Interprets and implements change in the Digital Media Investment Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Digital Media Investment Section.
Develops digital media campaigns in accordance with strategy by liaising with creative and media agencies (i.e. creative brief)
Coordinates with creative, media, digital and production agencies
Ensures the readiness and integration of all AdTech across STC.
Plans, manages and innovates in connecting different Data, Subsidizers and new partners integration.
Manages, plans and optimizes digital campaigns.
Builds the digital media buying strategy.
Builds the always on digital media strategy and execution for social, display and SEM.
Reporting and dashboards of digital media ROIs and Investment.
Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process.
Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Digital Media Investment Section, in line with the business and operational plans.
Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Digital Media Investment
Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director - Marketing Communication in order to meet sector objectives.
Qualifications/Certification
Bachelor's degree in mass communication/public relations
Certificate in Planning and Running Successful PR Campaigns
Relevant certifications in marketing such as PCM (Professional Certification in Marketing)
Nature of Experience
Prior experience in managing, executing and monitoring media plans/requirements within a large organization
Prior experience within the KSA region will be an advantage
Prior experience in managing budgets

Good understanding of the industry

Deep ties with the media community
