Deputy Manager Sales

Sajid Habib General Trading L.L.C is the country representative of SWISH in the UAE. We are looking for a passionate Deputy Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be an inspired self-starter capable of driving sales growth through building rapport with customers and closing sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Goals: Set and meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales executives to meet showroom monthly targets.

• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with top architects and real estate companies to bring in repeated business for SWISH.

• Government Projects: Develop relationships with government employees and communicate our brand value to secure government projects for SWISH.

• Client Visits and Follow-ups: Regularly visit and follow up with clients, identify potential clients, and submit quotations to gain project sales.

• Team Management: Manage the business development and sales team members to keep them motivated.

• Sales Growth: Drive up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads, creating new customers, and establishing new relationships.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance of SWISH outlets by managing outlet team members and ensuring a five-star experience at SWISH outlets.

• Brand Awareness: Create a positive vibe in the market about SWISH, increase brand awareness, and improve brand image within the competitive market.

• Management Communication: Convey top management’s messages to all team members and keep them motivated.

• Training and Supervision: Provide appropriate training and supervise handling of difficult and complicated sales.

• Market Intelligence: Deliver updates to top management about showroom scenarios and market intelligence.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales reports and regularly submit them to top management.

• Team Building: Ensure teamwork and focus on team building to achieve monthly sales goals.

• Conflict Resolution: Resolve strain and conflicts between employees to promote a jovial and productive workplace.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience of eight years or more as a Sales Manager or in a relevant role.

  • Experience in the bathware industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
