Job Purpose:

Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer by introducing customers to new beverage concepts and provide consultative trainings for menu innovation support representing Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons in a professional manner.

FMCG Mixology Activities:

• Implement the FMCG Division’s set policies and procedures and comply with the Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons other policies.

• Conduct and serve Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons products to customers in a courteous manner while safely handling all hot and cold drinks.

• Prepare and conduct drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for different beverages.

• Plan, update and review Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons beverages menu with the direct report on a yearly basis.

• Build expertise by identifying Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons customer menu gaps.

• Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes, maintaining and improving the appearance of the Beverages bar.

• Create beverage menu according to ingredient seasonality and style of establishment in align with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons menu methodology.

• Develop a comprehensive library of signature beverages for use in FMCG Settings that leverage the wide range of beverages and syrups.

• Enhance the product reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure that Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons new sales leads are properly captured and commercialized.

• Coordinate with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons supply chain team to ensure the products stock availability and to provide inputs for new orders.

• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

• Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

• Ensure that all culinary food safety regulations and health requirements of FMCG brands comply with in Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons standards.

Skills

Educational Qualification:

• High School Diploma

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the same or related field (previous experience from Alshaya (Starbucks, Dean & Deluca, Cheesecake factory is an advantage).
