Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales for FMCG Food. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales department to ensure the achievement of sales targets and the overall growth of our business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
Skills
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the same or related field.
