Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for performing the day to day sales activities, including stock visibility and store space in addition to maintaining good customer relationships while achieving the department’s sales targets.
Sales Representative Activities
Present, promote, and sell the factory’s products (Detergent) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Identify and reach out to new customers/ sales leads and closes sales deals with them.
Perform the day-to-day sales activities for the factory products, in addition to following up on orders and deliveries to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain positive relations with existing customers in order to ensure customer retention.
Handle and respond to clients’ queries in a professional and effective manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with the appropriate selection, and sampling of products in response to their inquiries and liaise with the Factory Manager in order to provide customers with quotations, as required.
Conduct periodic check-ups on the floor display and implement the visibility agreement to ensure that company’s products are located in the agreed-upon store space.
Administer the inventory movement of the factory’s products within the store in order to identify low inventory levels and coordinate with the concerned support team for the provision of the required stocks/ materials.
Minimize sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns, implementing the depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of sales.
Follow up on the collection of invoices and due payments in order to ensure receivables are paid on timely basis.
Monitor slow sellers and take action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary to ensure minimum waste and returns.
Communicate the weekly visit schedules to the Factory Manager to ensure timely delivery of all the required items to the assigned stores/ warehouses.
Ensure that all sales documentation is maintained and recorded in their respective files.
Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by Factory Manager
Reports
Prepare and submit periodic reports to direct management pertaining to Merchandizing activities and any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same,Horeca or related field.
Good knowledge of the principals planning, expiry, First in First Out and product Management.
