Project Overview:
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, involving major mixed-use developments including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the project is managed safely, effectively, and efficiently, completing it on time and within budget according to the client's objectives.

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning and design to execution, completion, and handover.

• Oversee site readiness, delivery, commissioning, and handover, managing interfaces with other assets and logistics teams.

• Lead and maintain exceptional standards in safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance.

• Provide advanced technical expertise in local health and safety regulations.

• Ensure a diverse and inclusive working environment, prioritizing the wellbeing of the team.

Requirements:

• Degree qualification and chartership or pursuing a similar level of professional qualifications.

• Extensive construction experience, preferably in the MEA region.

• Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects for a project management consultancy.

• Experience in leading or senior roles on major construction projects.

• In-depth knowledge of modern construction methods and materials.

• Influential skills and ability to effectively lead teams and develop talent.

• Familiarity with project management, budgeting, and compliance regulations.

• Ability to resolve technical issues, provide guidance, and contribute to strategic development.
