Project Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale new build airport project in Saudi Arabia, aimed at setting a global benchmark for aviation experience, with a target of attracting 120 million passengers by 2030.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements.

• Guide and coordinate with relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and KPIs.

• Provide day-to-day management and leadership of the project and project team.

• Deliver internal fee expectations with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.

Responsibilities Include:

• Determining and arranging project management, technical services, and external resources.

• Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Demonstrating a commitment to safety and Mace's HSW framework.

• Managing design and wider consultant teams and project stakeholders.

• Delivering project objectives in line with the Project Execution Plan.

• Managing project timeframes and budgets, highlighting risks and mitigations.

• Ensuring robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed.

• Actively networking and seeking understanding of best practices.

Requirements

• Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-value projects.

• Substantial previous experience in project management roles.

• Experience in the construction delivery phase of projects.

• Relevant professional qualifications (MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or local equivalent).

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.

• Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or local equivalent.
