Assistant Commercial Manager - Construction (M1)

The Project:

• Mace is managing a luxury residential tower project in Dubai for a strategic client.

• The project is currently procuring the main contract and is targeting completion in Q1 2028.

The Role:

• You'll support the Project Management team as construction commences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with commercial and financial operations.

• Collect and analyze data for project performance reports and recommendations.

• Understand, implement, and comment on commercial management plans.

• Monitor and report on project timeliness, cost, revenue, risk, progress, and performance.

• Facilitate commercial processes with the construction team.

• Support procurement of provisional sum packages.

• Build relationships with the Cost Consultant and Contractor.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Develop a personal development plan.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial management (MENA experience a plus).

• Understanding of fundamental rules of measurement.

• Experience with post-contract works.

• Working knowledge of FIDIC construction contracts.

• Desire to strengthen contract administration skills.

• Ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highest standards of integrity and prioritizes safety.
