Job Description

Mace is seeking experienced professionals to join our team and work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project involves major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. As part of our Consult business, you will have the opportunity to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project, leveraging our values of safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunities for our people to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Project Team: Provide support to the project team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

  2. Resource Assessment: Assess current resources on projects to ensure they meet project goals, and raise job requisitions to recruit new talent for the BIM team as needed.

  3. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining clarity and transparency in all interactions.

  4. Information Management: Develop and maintain information management requirements and standards within a common data environment, ensuring compliance with ISO19650 and other applicable standards.

  5. Security and Governance: Ensure security protocols are followed for viewing and issuing project information, and implement governance and assurance processes to maintain data integrity.

  6. Digital Handover: Monitor digital handover to completion, ensuring all necessary information is transferred accurately and securely.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

  8. Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence key/senior stakeholders, collaborating towards common project goals and objectives.

  9. Carbon Emissions Management: Contribute to the proactive identification and management of carbon emissions and reductions, aligning with net zero carbon transition goals.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent professional development.

  • Experience with recognized international consultancy organizations.

  • Ability to obtain necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience on high-valued projects/programs for a project management consultancy.

  • Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and influence with stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex issues.

  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations in project outlook.
