Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Creating and implementing the Trade Marketing strategy
Managing the trade spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all brands
Building relationships with key suppliers, identifying new revenue opportunities
Supervising all trade promotion (placing promotions based on marketing calendar)
Collating competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions, and offers
Category management working with each brand manager (planogram, promotion, merchandizing, communication) for stores or special projects
Executing BTL activities (new store launch and consumer promotions)
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, and flyers - writing and proof-reading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
Reviewing the effectiveness of advertisement promotions and taking corrective actions
Assisting Graphic Designer in supplier and vendor management - approving samples, negotiating cost, new material development, etc.
Collating competitive research on window schemes, season launches, sales, promotions, and offers
Footfall drive, planning, and implementing events and promotions to increase footfall in malls and in-store
Interacting with brand visual merchandiser and coordinating with corporate brand team for all in-store branding related requirements
Collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Familiarity with social media and web analytics
