Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide the highest standards of customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and services

  • Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of safety/security in the store without any negligence

  • Patiently address all customer-related grievances or seek a concrete solution from superiors to ensure customer satisfaction with the best shopping experience

  • Ensure that all sections/cash/back-store are neat and clean and all items are correctly priced

  • Ensure Product knowledge workbooks/manuals are completed/studied within the given time

  • Maintain the highest standards of merchandising and housekeeping standards in the store at all times

  • Ensure correct rotation of stock on the shelves

  • Maintain adequate stock on shelves and ensure correct signage is displayed

  • Carry out accurate stock ordering to maximize sales

  • Participate actively in morning briefings and other meetings, utilizing relevant information for self and business development

  • Carry out and support in all audits of the store and implement given suggestions on time

  • Minimize all types of losses, i.e., damages, shoplifting, etc., taking place in the store

  • Train and support newly recruited staff, helping them feel comfortable in their assignments
