Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our team and play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver holistic care to assigned patients, following core standards, established policies, and evidence-based practices.

  • Nursing Process Expert: Independently manage the nursing process for your patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge planning.

  • Efficiency Champion: Collaborate with Case Management to streamline patient care and reduce lengths of stay, whenever possible.

  • Meticulous Documenter: Accurately and promptly document all relevant patient information in the medical record.

  • Safety Advocate: Promote a safe environment for patients and staff by reporting equipment failures, safety hazards, and supply shortages.

  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

  • Quality Improvement Leader: Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance patient care.

  • Resource Management Pro: Practice cost-effective care by being mindful of resource utilization when ordering supplies and equipment.

  • Preceptor and Mentor: Contribute to a positive learning environment by participating in new staff and student orientation, and providing mentorship to new nurses.

  • Culturally Competent Care: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in your interactions with patients and families.

  • Lifelong Learner: Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

We're Looking For:

  • A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree/Diploma in Nursing.

  • Two (2) years of acute care hospital experience for nurses with a Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of experience for nurses with an Associate's Degree/Diploma (experience not required for Saudi nurses with a Bachelor's Degree).

  • Nurses with less than one year of experience are eligible for our New Graduate Development Program.

  • A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

  • A dedication to safety and infection control practices.
