STAFF NURSE I

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, adhering to best practices and established protocols.

• Lead by example when acting as a shift resource or team leader.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess patients, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.

• Collaborate with Case Management to effectively plan patient discharge.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient care outcomes.

• Promote a safe environment for patients and staff by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.

• Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.

• Optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency.

• Participate in the orientation and training of new staff and nursing students.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity in your nursing practice.

• Follow all hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree/Diploma in Nursing (no experience required for Saudi candidates with a Bachelor's Degree).

• Two (2) years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting (for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree) or four (4) years (for candidates with an Associate's Degree/Diploma).

• Current Registered Nurse license from your country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties Licensure.

• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
