Job Description
1. Assists new employees in signing their contracts, provides supporting documents, and responds to any inquiries.
2. Ensures that all required documents are complete and that all necessary information is obtained from the departments.
3. Assist in issuing all types of certificates and memorandums.
4. Assists and facilitates the flow of work for the in-line staff of the same area.
5. Provides administrative support for all office activities of the assigned area.
6. Provides assistance and responds to inquiries and questions from employees, and explains routine existing HC policies, procedures, and processes.
7. Assists in assigned area by providing statistics, HC metrics, and other reports as requested
8. Provides administrative and coordination support to management department staff by following up on projects relaying information and keeping them informed of pertinent activities.
9. Inputs data into the computer, reviews data to ensure accuracy and maintains a log.
10. Provides reception window coverage as required.
11. Performs general HC duties as assigned.
Detailed Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or other related discipline is required.
Job Requirements
Grade 07:No related experience is required.Grade 08:One (1) year of related experience is required.
