Job Description
1. Reviews/analyses data as related to the selected areas of focus so as to facilitate the identification of any benchmarks, gaps and action plans.
2. Finalizes the data analysis report to be submitted to the Head, Operational Efficiency Analytics.
3. Mentors the analyses process to drive continuous improvement within operations.
4. Mentors and advises team in deep dives into data through complex querying and applying predictive analytics to identify new areas of opportunity as well as further optimization of existing process.
5. Generates strategic and other initiatives to improve working performance and operation. Utilizes resource modelling to run scenario analysis on initiatives in order to document anticipated improvements.
6. Reviews all resource models used in support of new personnel resourcing, and special project submissions.
7. Tracks and manages projects of the concerned department and qualifies projects within the determined guidelines.
Detailed Description
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, or other related field is required.
Job Requirements
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master's, or nine (9) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
