Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the product team to drive overall user growth for overseas projects.
2. Develop and implement user growth strategies across multiple overseas channels, including but not limited to SEO, ASO, channel promotion, content seeding, KOL collaborations, media partnerships, and offline promotions.
3. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the performance of various channels.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve user acquisition and retention metrics.
5. Establish and foster relationships with partners and KOCs to drive user growth.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new approaches related to user growth.
7. Lead the team in continuous learning and growth, ensuring high standards of execution and strategy delivery.
Skills
1. At least 3 years of experience in user growth for consumer products, with extensive overseas social media experience and a deep understanding of the social media market. Work experience in Mid-east is plus.
2. Strong data analysis capabilities, clear work logic, structured thinking, systematic problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify issues.
3. Possess a deep understanding of user acquisition, with strong user insights and perspectives, and the ability to independently think critically and propose innovative growth solutions.
4. Results-oriented, capable of leveraging internal and external resources, proactive in coordination, and focused on achieving results.
5. Arabic and English can use as work language.
