Job Description
ITA International is a tech-enabled professional services company with a global presence. They are seeking a qualified candidate to join their team in Qatar and support the United States Air Force Central Command.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide critical support to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron for Base Security Operations and logistical services at various locations across the Middle East and within the continental United States (CONUS). You will be responsible for all aspects of unit supply operations, ensuring equipment and supplies are readily available for personnel and missions.
Responsibilities:
Manage all unit supply operations, including turn-in, disposal, and transportation of supplies.
Coordinate shipment of equipment and supplies as needed.
Conduct annual equipment inventory and ensure accountability.
Determine equipment authorizations and requirements.
Maintain a well-stocked bench of essential supplies and equipment.
Manage equipment custodian accounts and issue supplies and equipment to personnel.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair, including initiating service contracts.
Utilize the military supply system to requisition, track, and obtain equipment.
Assist unit personnel with building equipment custodian binders.
Qualifications:
Three years of U.S. Air Force Material Control/Management experience within the last five years (required).
Ability to complete Equipment Custodian training within two weeks of arrival (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
Current Government Driver's License (required).
DoD-approved SECRET security clearance (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Three years of experience in S4 operations (a plus).
Experience using the U.S. Air Force Munitions Forecast System (a plus).
5-20K OSHA Forklift certification (a plus).
