Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Create, update, and maintain documents, including contracts, invoices, and project plans.

  • Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, indexed, and archived.

  • Monitor document workflows to ensure timely completion and accuracy.

  • Review and approve documents for release, ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and share relevant document information.

  • Train employees on document management processes and systems.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity.

  • Implement document version control and change management processes.

  • Assist in the development and improvement of document management procedures and policies.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company documents.

Preferred Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
