Job Description
Job Outline:
Collaborate with project members, technical product owners, architects, and software engineers to understand complex functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into robust end-to-end tests.
Coordinate with other release train teams to manage cross-dependency testing.
Ensure correct configuration of Test Tools to support metrics collection for program and enterprise-wide dashboards.
Guide Software Engineers in writing and maintaining automated functional tests through continuous integration.
Implement, maintain, and adapt automation frameworks and test harnesses to ensure robust end-to-end tests.
Ensure team understanding and compliance with Quality Gate requirements.
Support coordination of major delivery initiatives across multiple domains and environments to prevent customer or business impact.
Assist the team in their development, training, and understanding of technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in quality engineering roles within a digital or e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules such as HR, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Payroll, HCM, etc.
Experience with test automation using commercial or open source tools.
Familiarity with SCM tools like GitHub or Bitbucket, CI tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
Experience providing product input on business process flows and scenario mapping for business solutions.
Strong expertise in context-driven and exploratory testing with practical experience using various testing heuristics.
