• Facilitate Clinical Excellence stories for Brand PR and doctor branding
• Facilitate Doctor Educational Videos
• Facilitate Patient Videos on life changing surgeries
• Facilitate Blogs written by doctors
• Facilitate Call Center IVR Welcome Message
• Facility Photoshoot (External & Internal )
• Facilitate Monthly Newsletter
• Design and content proof reading
• Retrieve Monthly Department wise footfalls for past 1 year
• Retrieve Total Calls and appointments through Call center department wise splits for past 1 year
• Retrieve Total Referrals Doctor wise
• Facilitate Doctors profile and photoshoots
• Report all marketing operations and activities (visuals, videos, and media) to the Marketing head & insure that all approvals come through the Marketing Head.
• Align all marketing activities and calendars to the Marketing Head.
• Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients, as “the patient is the center of our care”.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.
• Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.
• Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.
• Complete mandatory education as per the requirement at least one month prior to expiration.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on information relating to quality and safety, accreditation, policy management and document management systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years in healthcare industry.

LANGUAGE:

• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Arabic language skills desirable. Required Licenses: N/A
