Strategy Governance analyst

We're seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Governance Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our company achieves its strategic goals.

What You'll Do:

• Support Strategic Planning:

  • Assist in developing and refining the company's strategic plan.

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.

• Champion Effective Governance:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for strategy governance, including communication, risk management, and performance measurement processes.

• Communicate & Educate:

  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations on strategic initiatives for various stakeholders, including senior management.

• Monitor & Adapt:

  • Monitor and track progress towards strategic goals, identify and analyze deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

• Facilitate Collaboration:

  • Facilitate and document strategy discussions and meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.

• Competitive Edge:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory environment to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bridge the Gap:

  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational activities.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve:

  • Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends and best practices in strategy governance.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis and research methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Working knowledge of strategy frameworks and governance best practices (a plus).
