We are seeking a skilled Business Central NAV Dynamics Consultant (or Analyst/Developer) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in implementing, customizing, and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the system meets our business needs and optimizes our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation of Business Central NAV Dynamics, following best practices for system configuration and data migration.

• Develop and customize Business Central functionalities using extensions and automation tools to meet specific business requirements.

• Analyze user needs and translate them into technical solutions through configuration, customization, and development.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot technical issues, and answer questions regarding Business Central functionalities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates, features, and best practices for Business Central NAV Dynamics.

• Collaborate with other IT professionals and business users to ensure seamless integration of Business Central with other systems.

• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system rollout and functionality.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide users with relevant data insights. (This responsibility may vary depending on the specific role - Consultant, Analyst, or Developer).

• Train users on Business Central functionalities and best practices for efficient system utilization. (This responsibility may vary depending on the specific role).

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (experience may be substituted for education in some cases).

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) implementation, configuration, and customization (or strong experience with similar ERP systems).

• Experience with development languages relevant to Business Central (e.g., C/AL, AL) is a plus.

• Experience with SQL Server and database management is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to business users.
