IT Solution Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Solutions Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and qualifying new leads, developing strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do:

• Prospect for and identify qualified leads within your assigned territory.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry challenges.

• Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase how our IT solutions can address customer pain points.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.

• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to develop and deliver winning proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.

• Foster strong relationships with clients throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales support.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, competitor offerings, and our evolving product portfolio.

• Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans for assigned territories.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in selling IT solutions and services (required).

• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota (required).

• In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including IT outsourcing, managed services, IT staff augmentation, data center, networking, IT security, and mainframe services.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• The ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Proficient in CRM software and sales methodologies.
