Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive customer and channel partner database to identify sales opportunities.
Track and analyze consumer and channel partner revenue and usage data to assist with sales planning.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support for channel partners and high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with sales teams and channel partners to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.
Manage order processing activities and fulfill stock requests from channel partners.
Generate reports and dashboards on various sales metrics (sales performance, commissions, billing, partner performance, quality reports).
Complete assigned training programs.
Participate in performance management systems and employee engagement surveys.
Share knowledge and understanding of the telecommunications industry and business trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred).
Educational background in Business Studies or Marketing (preferred).
