Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide expert advice to assist in purchase decisions, ensuring compliance with quality and customer service standards.
Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance, and suggest corrective actions when needed.
Assign routine and non-routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Coordinators to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in preparing the staff schedule to match manpower with operational requirements.
Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders for effective stock management.
Motivate team members and provide training and development support to optimize sales results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English
Strong product knowledge
