Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Governmental & Intergovernmental Sector Interaction:

    • Visit various governmental and intergovernmental sectors daily to manage, issue, and renew licenses and permits related to Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with governmental and intergovernmental officials to facilitate the licensing process effectively.

  2. Obstacle Resolution:

    • Assist in resolving any obstacles related to F&B licensing within governmental and intergovernmental sectors by leveraging strong relationships and effective communication.

  3. Reporting:

    • Provide updated information on new governmental and intergovernmental procedures affecting F&B matters.

    • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records of licenses and permits.

  4. Office System Management:

    • Maintain organized office systems related to licenses and permits to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (speaking, writing, reading) and Arabic.

  • Work Experience: 2-4 years in governmental and intergovernmental relations and processes, preferably within the F&B sector.

  • Computer Skills: Competency in using computer systems for correspondence and documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and listening skills for clear communication with officials and stakeholders.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to resolve issues and secure necessary licenses and permits.

  • Stress and Time Management: Capability to manage time effectively and handle stressful situations.

  • Team Building: Skills to collaborate and build relationships within teams and external sectors.

  • Problem Solving: Capacity to analyze issues and develop practical solutions.

  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Impact and Influence: Ability to influence decisions and outcomes related to F&B licensing.

  • Results Orientation: Focus on achieving desired outcomes and meeting regulatory requirements efficiently.
