Planogrammer

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of product placement within our showrooms. You'll leverage your creativity and understanding of merchandising principles to develop effective planograms that enhance the customer shopping experience and maximize sales potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement planograms across all designated shelf locations in the showroom.

• Analyze customer behavior and recommend innovative display strategies to improve product visibility and customer engagement.

• Manage the layout and organization of retail space within assigned showrooms for optimal product flow and traffic.

• Collaborate with the product management team to implement phase-in and phase-out plans using designated planogram software (JDA/Blue Yonder/Space Planogram).

• Generate periodic reports to analyze planogram space utilization, identify last units of stock, and track display product performance.

You Are:

• An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and planogram software applications (JDA, Blue Yonder, Space Planogram, etc.).

• A highly organized and self-motivated individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially under pressure.

• A university graduate with 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or planogramming (preferred).
