Salesman

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and distribute the company's products in designated sales markets according to company objectives and strategy.

• Provide required reports and achieve targets set by the company.

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

• Promote and sell products and services, explaining features and benefits to potential customers.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

• Meet or exceed sales targets regularly, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and market share.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products and services.

• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM system.

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Preferred Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Knowledge of the industry and competitors' products and services.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Must have a Saudi driver's license.

Skills

• Experience in sales of not less than three years, preferably with experience in the field of biscuits

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Must have a Saudi driver's license
