As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on biscuit & pasta production equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of the production line.

• As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections and performing preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

• Performing regular inspections and conducting preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.

• Promptly responding to maintenance calls and emergency scenarios, prioritizing tasks to tackle critical issues first, and utilizing effective troubleshooting skills to swiftly resolve technical hurdles.

• Executing scheduled inspections and engaging in proactive maintenance activities on various equipment, systems, and machinery to guarantee smooth operations and safety compliance.

• Documenting comprehensive records of maintenance initiatives, covering repair backgrounds, parts expenditure, and equipment effectiveness, fostering strategic maintenance planning and informed decisions.

• Rapidly acknowledging maintenance petitions and abrupt emergencies, prioritizing tasks to manage pivotal matters initially, and leveraging adept troubleshooting to expediently conquer technical complexities.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, demonstrating a keen understanding of equipment operation and repair to ensure optimal functionality.

• Consistently adheres to stringent safety protocols and industry regulations, ensuring a secure work environment for both oneself and fellow team members.
