Graduate Project Surveyor (Master Planning)

Key Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of senior Project Surveyors to complete measurement of quantities for cost plans, estimates, and bills of quantities.

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and viability studies.

• Implement, maintain, and monitor cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Evaluate variations, additions, and omissions, and incorporate them into monthly cost reports.

• Support in preparing, pricing, and negotiating change orders with clients and contractors.

• Conduct market testing of rates and analyze tender returns for input into rates databases and estimates.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Quantity Surveying from an accredited University

• Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024, to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.

• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.

• If you hold a Master's Degree, it should have started within 12 months of completing your Bachelor's Degree to ensure continuous education and meet program requirements.

• Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program and are encouraged to apply for our professional-level roles instead.
