Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and project models tailored to specific discipline requirements.
Work on projects involving the design of power and extra-low voltage networks, substations, street lighting, security systems, telecom, intelligent traffic systems, and more.
Assist with the design content by applying design and technical knowledge to ensure high-quality outputs under project timelines.
Perform work under supervision, following agreed-upon budget and schedule.
Use computer software for solving fundamental engineering problems.
Coordinate with other discipline engineers for the continuity of the design process.
Participate in design progress and coordination meetings.
Actively seek information, opportunities to contribute, and develop efficiencies.
Contribute by solving problems and applying experience or theoretical knowledge to assignments.
Participate in the utilities digital working group and implementation of digital tools within the design process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited University.
Recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or no later than September 2024.
Minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
Candidates with more than 1 year of postgraduate work experience are not eligible for the program.
Strong organizational skills.
