Contribute to sessions and meetings to generate ideas to improve existing services and to develop new products and services that will further enhance the company’s image and revenue
Provide all the necessary support to the Sales and BD teams to service external clients
Coordinate with intra departmental operational and support teams for sharing requirements for private hire, contracts and tenders
Development of pricing structures for new services and transport solutions
Department budget preparation, monitoring and reporting on financials and KPI ‘s for the department
Coordinate the piloting and pricing of the company’s new and enhanced products and services and undertake required evaluation
Visit and coordinate with external customers for requirement gathering, sales, and business development
Coordinate with vendors with regard to all information required for the delivery of services
Responsible in conducting in-depth cost analysis of all the bids where the company joins and on the bids received
Responsible in Accounts Reconciliation and in ensuring that the due payment has been made to the vendors and to the company
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring bid documents are error-free and compliant
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively liaise with stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess bid opportunities and risks
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations is a plus
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
At least 5 years proven experience in bid management
Proficiency in MS Office suite and bid management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
