Job Description

An Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facilities within the company. They are responsible for ensuring that the accommodation facilities are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all residents. The Accommodation Supervisor is also responsible for managing a team of staff members and ensuring that they are properly trained and following all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accommodation facilities.

  2. Ensure that all accommodation facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.

  3. Coordinate and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance work with external contractors.

  4. Inspect and evaluate the condition of the accommodation facilities on a regular basis.

  5. Manage and coordinate the allocation of accommodation units to employees.

  6. Supervise and train a team of staff members responsible for cleaning and maintenance tasks.

  7. Ensure that all staff members are following proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.

  8. Address and resolve any accommodation-related issues or complaints from residents.

  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to accommodation facilities.

  10. Ensure that all accommodation facilities are compliant with health and safety regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  2. Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team.

  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  10. Fluency in English and Arabic.

Skills
