Job Description
Financial
Accountable and responsible for correct T & A and their on-time submission to payroll
Accuracy in WCR and work completion report
Ensure “zero idle” and UAs, absenteeism to help in maintaining contractual commercial targets
Adequate allocation of billable and relief manpower as per sold relief %age to ensure budgeted pricing and cost maintained
Reporting idle and taking on time action as well as escalation to management to mitigate and avoid any commercial impact on the contracts
Overall accountability of day-to-day deployment, operations and contracts service delivery and contract performance, quality assurance and KPI achievement
Customer
Responsible for day-to-day communication with client on deployment, daily administration, sickness reporting, headcount etc.
Arrange weekly/ monthly meetings with client and recording, circulation and tracking of agreed actions and meeting agenda. Addressing and resolving contractual breaches or client complaints with the assistance of operations Manager
Kick off meeting and mobilization of new contract, defining scope and operations strategy and service delivery methodology with Operations Managers
Responsible for contractual service delivery by effective Initial project planning including logistics and project equipment and machinery as required
Establishes, maintains, and develops excellent customer, communication and service excellence links and relationships with all TGSS Customers
Schedules, confirms, and attends all internal and external meetings for all accounts and contracts
Responsible for carrying out monthly site visits and providing the necessary feedback to the Account Managers and team supervisors as required
Process
Regular review Data Dump review and assurance of accurate manpower at each contract and advise Operations Manager to raise DF in case of any discrepancy observed
Accountability of Time and attendance accuracy of his team. Effective planning and rostering to ensure day off schedule not exceeded more than budgeted relief
Strong briefing skills, address staff site and welfare concern, TBT, Guardtek reporting. Necessary site training delivered
Daily roster update, checking the missing rosters and update them. Any discrepancies highlighted to operations manager
Monitor and manage all aspects and procedures of day-to-day administration, any procedural issues should be resolved as soon as possible
Ensure all licenses are up to date, managing renewals and ensure staff deployed across the locations are licensed
Proactively carry out site audit, clarifies, and validates all TGSS needs and requirements on a regular basis
Adhere to all internal processes and procedures and compliance with Group Policies and enforcement of Business Units and Group rules and regulations including fair working environment and Group CSR objective
Innovation
Strong demonstration of HSE skills and reporting near miss
Reviewing of existing processes and revising or implementing new processes within the AOR where required
Introducing the best industry practices to customers and TGSS clients including any technical solutions
“Thinks out of Box” approach in resolving the problems
Contribution to Group and Business Units innovation and transformations strategies
Focusing on CI Saving and discuss the saving ideas with Operations Managers
Skills
Selection Criteria
Minimum years of experience required. Minimum 5 Years experience in the industry in which at least 1 years’ experience in security operations
Minimum educational requirements, include must have certifications (if any): Higher Secondary certificate with attestation from home country and UAE MOFA and should be in the possession of SIRA Supervisor license
